Scope
Design, procure and build the new, full service 11,000 SF Grocery Store in Bella Bella, BC. Key elements are: grocery retail, refrigerated storage, dairy, produce & meat departments, bakery, P.O.S., loading dock and warehouse, Canada Post outlet, Liquor Store, and broadly, a building design that maximized local content, well-suited to a remote marine environment.

PM-CM services, feasibility planning, design management (architectural, civil, structural, geotechnical, mechanical, fire protection, electrical, grocery-retail, refrigeration, warehousing, P.O.S.), budget development, risk management, procurement of construction services, furniture, fixtures and equipment, and coordination of construction activities throughout the project.
