Scope
10,300 sf ski-lodge at mid-mountain includes heavy timber post and beam construction, for the restaurant and dining room to accommodate 1,000 skier visits per day, designed and built in a 10-month highly compressed timeline!
Services
Paragon provided planning, design management, permits and approvals, budget development, cost administration, scheduling, construction management and daily supervision.

Running concurrently with this project was the ski operations maintenance facility, including service shop and on-mountain fuel depot.
