Paragon was engaged early in the redevelopment project to provide Project Management services to the RCU, from concept through completion. Stone and heavy timber features on sleek aluminum walls became an architectural benchmark for new development in Revelstoke, that proved both progressive and enduring, conveying a contemporary mountain architectural theme.

Paragon provided the full range of project development services, including concept planning, project programming, competitive selection of key resources, design management, budget development & cost mgt, construction management and coordinate all activities throughout the project, while facilitating ongoing business operations.
