An incredible project journey for the Heiltsuk First Nation of Bella Bella, BC, decades in the making.
13,000 SF, bleachers for 800 guests, commercial kitchen, high-graded log & solid sawn heavy timber construction, ceremonial dance floor & fire pit, artisan works including totems, house posts, and murals, local sustainability & capacity development.
Services
Paragon was retained by the Heiltsuk Tribal Council to provide comprehensive development services, including planning, programming, competitive procurement, design management, budget development and cost controls, fixtures and equipment, fit-up, coordination and supervision of all activities throughout the project.
