Paragon provides the full range of Construction Services including: Design and Construction for new construction and renovations, Development Management, Feasibility Planning and Approvals, Project Management, Design-Build, and Construction Management. Our services are based on the more than 30 years of diverse, progressive experience in the areas of development, design, engineering and construction, of owner Larry Marchand, plus extended capabilities of important industry partners.

Paragon was incorporated by Larry Marchand in 2001 to provide Pure Project Management Services to Public and Private Owners. We have evolved over the years to include Comprehensive Project Management, Development Management – Feasibility Planning Design and Approvals, Design-Build, and Construction Management. Our services apply to the development, design and construction of many different types of projects, and are based diverse, progressive experience in the areas of development, design, engineering and construction, plus the extended capabilities of important industry partners.

Our work includes single and multi-family Residential, Commercial, Grocery-Retail, Cultural-First Nations, Industrial, Recreational, and Innovative Green-Energy Projects including Biomass Energy Production and District Heating.

Larry Marchand

Larry Marchand graduated as an engineering technologist in 1984, and is a life-long member of the construction industry, growing a progressively more comprehensive list of knowledge and capabilities, and the trust of a long list of clients. Larry’s philosophy is that the careful and methodical execution of the core elements of project management is the key to consistently delivering construction products and services exceptionally well, and is based on a great respect for people, knowledge and experience, and a dedication to Service. Based on these fundamental capabilities, Paragon’s primary goal is to continually deliver service excellence within a competitive and innovative marketplace – meeting our customers’ needs is our most memorable reward. Therefore the more complex and challenging the project and the greater the need for our expertise and diligence, the greater the reward! That said, we certainly know there are other rewards – friendships made over many years is one of the greatest. We are always considering welcoming those who share our vision of service and technical competence, possess a technical diploma in an engineering or project management discipline and have at least 5 years experience in commercial construction as project manager, coordinator, construction manager, or related role.
